    Raptor Ramble

    Field Trip

  • Date: 02/06/2010
  • Time: 07:30:00 AM
  • Please come join us for this trip focused on finding as many diurnal raptor species as possible in a full day of birding.
In addition to the more common species, our targets will include Bald Eagle, Ferruginous Hawk, Golden Eagle, Merlin, Peregrine Falcon, Prairie Falcon and Rough-legged Hawk.
Bring binoculars, lunch, water and dress in layers. If you have one, a spotting scope would be really helpful. We will meet at the Park-N-Ride Lot by the Ikeda Market in South Davis (off of the Mace Boulevard Exit) at 7:30 am for carpooling.
Contact Kevin Gusé at (916) 514-0685 for more details.
