Big Chase
Field Trip
Join us for our third annual “Big Chase” field trip. Fall migration should be really heating up and we should see many shorebirds, raptors and passerines. The locations that we visit and the rare birds that we go after are dependent on what has been reported on the Northern California RBA and the local birding listserves. We will try to stay within a three-hour radius of Davis.
We will meet at 6:00 AM in the Park and Ride lot off Mace Boulevard (Northeast of Highway 80; behind Ikeda’s) in Davis. Bring a lunch and drinks and dress in layers. Be prepared for a full day of birding. Please contact Kevin Guse at 916-514-0685 for more details.
